You can apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension before your current visa expires. However, it is essential to make sure that you meet all eligibility requirements and provide the genuine and correct documentation for your visa extension application.
What are the eligibility criteria?
In order to extend you must evidence that you:
- have genuinely invested the relevant money
- have established, taken over or become a director of a genuine business in the UK; genuinely operated that business in the UK and intend to continue to operate that business
- have registered with Companies House as a director or HMRC as self-employed within 6 months of entry to the UK
- have created at least the equivalent of 2 full-time jobs for settled workers, that have existed for at least 12 months
