Latta international is a global relocation company which directly works with Latta Law Limited, an experienced legal firm based in Scotland.  

Latta International’s aim is to assist international entrepreneurs, investors, highly skilled workers, and business representatives to identify potential opportunities for developing their lives and businesses in the United Kingdom.  

In addition, we are able to provide pathways for those who wish to study in the UK, or who wish to join family members. We also play a role in recruiting workers for employment in the UK where there is a shortage in the current workforce.  

Latta International provides a premium service for clients during and after the application process. Latta International has offices in the United Kingdom and also in China.  We worked on numerous successful cases including Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4 and other immigration routes. The legal advice for any visa is provided by Latta Law Limited. They are regulated by the Law Society of Scotland, and are headed up by the highly experienced solicitor Fraser Latta. Fraser is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Immigration Law.  

Fraser has a keen interest in the legal profession in Scotland; human rights; and access to justice. He has been involved in several high-profile cases. He is often asked to provide commentary on human rights and immigration issues. As a result, he appears on mainstream television and radio and frequent name within the press. He is a regular speaker at training events. He participated in events hosted by the Faculty of Advocates and the Law Society of Scotland. In addition, he is an active member of the Scottish Immigration Lawyers Practitioners Association and the Scottish Detention Forum.  

Latta Law Limited is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA).
